Baked Salmon with Mediterranean Deluxe Kalamata Olive and SunDried tomato Pesto

Serves 2
Ingredients:
2-salmon fillet
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper and pich of salt
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbs Mediterranean Deluxe Kalamata Olive and SunDried tomato Pesto
Directions
Coat the salmon fillets with ground pepper and salt all around. Place the fillets in a baking dish and pour the lemon juice over it. Spread the pesto over the fillets. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Cover the top of the salmon to keep it moist. Bake it for 15 minutes or until its brown on top. Serve it right away, do not reheat.
